1) Take the natural yeast out of the fridge, then heat in a microwave at 500w for 30 seconds.

Take out the dough and cut with a sharp knife
in 8 equal parts.

The second fermentation14
Round them up, then place them on a baking tray with
parchment paper, and let them to ferment the second.
Taking about 40 minutes use with the oven's fermentation
The second fermentation is over, and they have risen.
Next, heat the oven to 180℃, bake them for 20 minutes,
then they're almost done.
Finally, during baking, check the color of bread
inside the oven carefully.
